Newly Swissed is not your regular blog about expat life in Switzerland… I had sort of bumped into it and followed it, but not until I met its founders, Dimitri and Mamiko, I realized what the difference was. Dimitri happens to have grown in Switzerland… Most of the stuff they blog about is actually Swiss trivia, us expats don’t even know that is there, from bread to local advertisement campaigns and funny signs.
Anyway, long story short: while away, I realized that Zurich 1200 blogger’s statistics had gone up all of a sudden. As it turned out, it had been featured on Newly Swissed (here) (!). I almost had to reach for my smelling salts when I saw it… In any case, a much appreciated honor.
